About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a trade background to lead and oversee refurbishment projects within aged care and retirement living facilities across the Adelaide region.
This role will see you managing projects from initial concept through to handover, ensuring delivery meets safety, quality, budget and compliance standards. You will work from home and across various client sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage refurbishment projects from inception to completion
* Oversee project resources, budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery
* Supervise and coordinate up to 5 site supervisors, tradespeople and subcontractors
* Prepare and manage project quotes using estimating software such as Cubit
* Develop and maintain project plans using MS Project
* Review project scope, schedules and cost estimates
* Manage all onsite and offsite construction activities in line with safety and compliance requirements
* Ensure WHS standards are upheld across all projects
* Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships
* Identify and secure future work opportunities
* Manage financial performance, risk and programme delivery
Requirements
* Degree or Diploma in Construction Project Management
* Demonstrated experience delivering refurbishment projects (aged care/retirement living highly regarded)
* Trade background or Builder's Licence (preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Project and estimating tools such as Cubit
* Experience using Pronto, Procore, Rapid Induct and SharePoint
* Strong quoting and cost management capability
* Valid driver's licence and Australian working rights
* Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
* COVID vaccinated and willing to receive annual flu vaccination
