We have an opportunity for a Permanent Full-Time Automotive Parts Specialist to join our experienced team in Paget. * Process phone, online, and in-store sales with excellent customer service. * Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and on time. * Follow Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and work flexible hours, including weekends and alternate sites. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts. * Use databases/catalogues to locate and order parts. * Process credits, warranties, invoicing, and payments accurately. * Pack, dispatch, and assist with part repairs. * Maintain showroom merchandising and pricing. * Coordinate with admin on transactions. * Perform warehouse tasks, including stock management and deliveries. * Complete additional duties as assigned.
