The role

Brokers are their clients' most trusted advisers. They do an incredible job getting homebuyers their finance organised and approved. But the homebuying journey is complicated and most clients and brokers are desperate for more help to ensure that homebuyers can navigate the property search, auction, and negotiation process. It's the most stressful part of the process, and most people don't have anyone in their corner.

Peach fixes that. We act as an extension of the broker's brand, helping their clients find and buy the right property, faster and with better outcomes. For the broker, it means happier clients, stronger relationships, and a reason for people to come back.

Your job is to build and grow the network of brokers who refer their clients to Peach. That means understanding how a broker's business works, figuring out if Peach is a good fit, and making sure every referred client has an incredible experience from first conversation through to settlement.

Day to day, you'll:

* Build relationships with brokers: phone, video, and in person
* Understand each broker's business, their clients, and where Peach adds value
* Educate brokers on how Peach works and what it means for their clients
* Ensure referred clients get a seamless experience that reflects well on the broker
* Keep brokers in the loop: they should always know where their client is at
* Travel interstate when it matters to develop key relationships
* Hit and exceed referral targets, month on month

This is a relationship role with real numbers behind it. You're not just shaking hands — you're building a channel that drives revenue. If you're someone who's energised by earning trust and turning that into partnerships, this is for you.

You might come from BDM, partnerships, channel sales, or account management. Industry doesn't matter as much as how you work. What matters:

* You're a relationship builder: people trust you, and that trust turns into business
* You understand how small business owners think: brokers are entrepreneurs running their own show
* You're self-directed: you can manage a territory, plan your week, and prioritise without being toldYou follow through: if you say you'll do something, it happens
* You want to be part of building something, not just maintaining it
* Bonus if you know the broker channel, but we'd rather have someone sharp who learns fast than someone who's been coasting on an inherited book
* Tertiary education, or a track record that proves it wasn't needed
