What you'll be doing
We are seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse.
In this role you will provide direct, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
You'll play a vital role in maintaining high clinical standards, supporting patient wellbeing and ensuring quality documentation.
Conduct assessments, recognise clinical changes and escale concerns appropriately.
Deliver safe care aligned with NSW Health and WSLHD policies, procedures and guidelines.
Support patients with daily living activities, comfort measures and emotional care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement.
Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve shared goals while managing competing priorities.
Essential Criteria
Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Selection Criteria
Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD.
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuing professional development and adept use of information technology.
