Key Responsibilities
* Promote seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Lead third-party interfaces with OEM suppliers, clients, and consultants, building relationships through project delivery.
* Manage requirements of third-party agreements and reporting tools to ensure compliance, particularly during project delivery gates (design to commissioning).

* Delivery of projects on time, within scope, and to the required quality and safety standards.
Skill Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
* 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical equipment, preferably in substations.
* Exposure to OEM suppliers both locally and internationally.
* Understanding of Australian standards for electrical equipment.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.
