Join our creative team as a Creative Specialist, where you'll bring strategic, high‐impact design to life across print and digital.
Working closely with our Content & Creative Leader and guided by a Senior Creative, you'll take the lead on key design initiatives, drive creative direction and deliver refined, insight‐driven work. With strong conceptual thinking and confident decision‐making, you'll manage high‐volume projects independently while mentoring junior designers to uphold excellence and consistency.

A day in the life:
* Produce polished, on‐brand designs across print, digital, social and promotional channels
* Create responsive, performance‐driven digital assets and manage high‐volume workloads efficiently
* Turn strategic direction into strong creative with minimal guidance
* Lead or support concept development and shape visual direction for key campaigns
* Provide strategic design solutions and recommend workflow or template improvements
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all creative meets standards
* Manage design projects end‐to‐end and collaborate with stakeholders for clarity and feedback
* Bring structure and solutions during high‐pressure periods
* Support and guide junior designers while modelling proactive, collaborative behaviour
* Contribute to team discussions and maintain organised design asset libraries
Who you are:
* Proven Graphic Design experience with a portfolio showcasing strong concepts and polished print/digital execution
* Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; bonus skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro and basic animation
* Strong grasp of design principles, typography, layout and colour theory
* Solid understanding of print production and digital asset requirements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management abilities
* Exceptional time‐management with the ability to handle multiple deadlines while maintaining quality
* Proactive, calm under pressure and solutions‐focused with strong attention to detail
* Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to team collaboration and culture
