Key Responsibilities
The role of the Strategic Transformation and Implementation Specialist involves supporting the implementation of a divisional Business Transformation Plan. This includes translating the plan into a transformation roadmap with clear dependencies and deliverables, leading initiative prioritisation activities to ensure resources are focused on high-value outcomes, and establishing processes and frameworks to assess, sequence, and monitor transformation initiatives.
Transformation specialists will also develop a practical and phased implementation plan for the business transformation roadmap, including accountabilities, owners, and timeframes. Additionally, they will define milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across initiatives, and identify interdependencies and gaps in the current transformation portfolio to ensure delivery of strategic objectives.
They will work closely with stakeholders to understand tools and frameworks and apply them consistently. Specialists will build strong relationships across the organisation to encourage adoption of consistent practices and transfer knowledge/produce a toolkit to support sustainability.
