About The Team & Office
Calling all admin superstars to join our high-performing team in our central Newcastle office on a 12-month contract. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing previous experience, we’re more interested in your mindset than your resume. Responsibilities
- As one of our admin superstars, you’ll be the glue that keeps the team running smoothly. No two days are the same but your day could include:
- Jumping in to help wherever needed—no task is too big or too small
- Creating a positive experience for both colleagues and clients through your friendly, can-do attitude
- Keeping calendars and schedules organised and up to date
- Preparing documents, reports, and handling data entry with precision
- Supporting internal teams with admin tasks and coordination
What You’ll Need
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-focused approach to client service
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
