As the Program Coordinator, you will provide operational management and oversight for a residential service supporting up to 20 adults aged 18 and over.You will bring management and operational experience, passion, innovation and knowledge to demonstrate effective values-based leadership to motivate and mentor people to meet operational objective and targets aligned to our mission and values. The role: Lead program operations with a focus on service quality, client outcomes, and contractual complianceOversee financial, staffing, and resource planning to ensure efficient service deliveryImplement and review care strategies that prioritise housing stability, wellbeing, and community reintegrationMonitor and evaluate service performance, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and reporting obligationsSupport, mentor, and develop staff through strong leadership, coaching, and succession planningPromote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvementParticipate in on-call roster and contribute to broader organisational initiatives The Leader: You are a confident and compassionate leader who brings a balance of strategic oversight and practical service delivery experience.
