Customer Assistant – The Cellar Middle Park
Location: The Cellar, Middle Park (Lane Cove). This role is for those passionate about wine, spirits and beer to guide customers on their journey to drink better and discover premium wines, craft spirits and selected beers.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide customers to make informed selections and enhance their in‐store experience.
* Share your knowledge of wine, spirits and beer, building a personal story with the products.
* Deliver meaningful in‐store experiences with a commitment to customer service.
* Continuously expand product knowledge in wine and liquor categories.
Required Qualifications
* Knowledgeable about wine with additional knowledge of spirits and beer.
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
* Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
