School Crossing Supervisor – Part Time – Woollahra Public School
Transport for NSW seeks a School Crossing Supervisor for Woollahra Public School. The role is part‐time, permanent and duties include supervising school crossings for 20 hours every fortnight during the school zone hours of 8:30–9:30 AM and 3:00–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise children across school crossings to ensure safety during assigned shift times.
* Maintain a high level of safety awareness and respond promptly to potential hazards.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers and motorists.
* Support safe traffic flow and display official signage as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check and Health Assessment.
* Reliable, punctual, able to work in all weather conditions.
* Effective communication skills and alertness to potential dangers.
