The Role
We're looking for experienced HR & HC Truck Drivers to join our team at Knoxfield VIC, working on‐site for our customer Stramit. This role involves transporting steel and using a crane to offload materials safely and efficiently.
What you'll do
* Deliver steel, roofing, guttering solutions, and building supplies
* Once licensed, operate crane for safe unloading and perform manual handling
* Work autonomously while adhering to health and safety standards
* Complete documentation accurately and on time
* Provide excellent customer service and follow procedures
* Participate in training and development programs
What you'll bring
* Current HR or HC licence for 2 years minimum
* Crane licence (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to upskill to crane ticket driver in the next 12 months.
* Knowledge of Melbourne metro area
* High standard of customer service and a "can do" attitude
* Clear communication skills – written and verbal
* Ability to follow DHL policies & procedures
* Willingness to provide a current Driving Record
* Ability to pass a Security Clearance & Pre-Employment Medical
