Exciting opportunities available for Project Managers and Senior Project Coordinators

We are currently seeking experienced Baeline-cleared Project Managers and Senior Project Coordinators to join a 6-month contract to work within a government project. You will play a key role with the critical transition of contact centre operations. This high-stakes programme involves the replacement of the client’s existing systems, ensuring seamless network, voice, mobile, and telephony operations while meeting strict deadlines to avoid liquidated damages.
This is an excellent opportunity for networking-focused Project Managers and Senior Project Coordinators, particularly with strong telecommunications backgrounds and experience in networks or contact centre projects.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Perform PMO planning and coordination
* Assist in the transition of contact centre operations, ensuring all deliverables are met by the end of contract.
* Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, escalating issues promptly while driving resolution.
* Manage project activities related to infrastructure, networks, voice, mobile, and telephony within the scope of the programme.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including the growing core contact centre team to ensure alignment and execution.
Key Requirements:
* Current Baseline security clearance (mandatory)
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator with a focus on infrastructure, networks, or contact centre projects preferably within telecommunications.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programmes under strict deadlines and high-pressure environments.
* Strong experience in risk management, dependencies analysis, and reporting for large-scale transitions.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
