Responsibilities
We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused individual to join us as a Clinic Co-Ordinator at Audika Fannie Bay Clinic on a part-time basis (Monday and Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm). This role is essential in the clinic, contributing to performance and enhancing customer experience. We look for a compassionate, organized, and purpose-driven person with excellent customer service skills to help more people access better hearing solutions.
You will work closely with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for our clients.
You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs, enabling you to apply tailored sales strategies to meet client needs effectively.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Previous administration and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
* Experience working with older adults (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and empathy to support clients on their hearing journey
* Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification
