About the Role
We have multiple Shifts available for a Yard Hand to join our team in our state-of-the-art facilities located in Ingleburn. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Main Duties
* Filling of LPG Gas Cylinders: You will be responsible for filling cylinders with LPG gas to meet customer demands.
* Manually Loading and Unloading of Trucks: Your role will involve loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
* Accurate Stock and Inventory Counting: Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory counts is crucial to our operations.
* Movement of Trucks throughout the yard: With training provided, you will learn how to move trucks safely around the yard.
* Previous Experience within a manufacturing or Yard Environment: If you have experience working in a similar environment, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
* Physical Fitness: You must be physically fit to perform the duties of this role.
* Safety-first Mindset: A strong commitment to safety is essential in this position.
* Forklift Licence Desirable but not Essential: Having a forklift licence is desirable, but not required.
* Ability to Work Autonomously or as a Team: You should be able to work independently or as part of a team.
* High Level of Attention to Detail: Accurate and meticulous work is necessary for this role.
* Good Communication Skills: Effective communication is critical in this position.
* Strong Mechanical Aptitude: A good understanding of mechanical principles is essential.
