Talent Acquisition is a vital role that involves identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization.



Key Responsibilities:



* Raise awareness about employee needs among leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

* Spend time finding appropriate candidates with required skills through proactive sourcing strategies.

* Create compelling job advertisements that effectively communicate the EVP and align with business requirements.




The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end recruitment capabilities, including experience in senior talent acquisition. They should be able to proactively source headhunters and manage advertised processes efficiently. The ability to optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) HiBob reporting compliance and promote referral programs is also essential.
