Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for a strong commercial full time Sales Co-Ordinator to work in our Design Team with both our commercial and residential clients. The candidate with have excellent industry experience and strong communication skills working in our Somersby office. In return Parkwood is offering a generous salary package commensurate with experience
Skills
Our new Sales Co-ordinator will be a warm, enthusiastic and persuasive communicator who is committed to results and quality of outcomes. Suitable applicants will have a proven track record in a similar position (minimum 5 years' experience) with CAD experience and knowledge of the council and certification process highly desirable. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), be able to work well in a team environment and posseses a strong commercial understanding of business. The successful applicant will strive to help clients find affordable solutions from within the Parkwood operation.
Responsibilities will be varied and include but not limited to
· Promote Parkwood Modular Buildings with the aim to increase sales and develop new customer relationships.
· Positive engagement with potential customers from the point of first contact, including assisting customers with their council development applications.
· Manage the customer relationship from beginning to final completion, including staying informed with production updates from both the factory and onsite works.
· Working with a team of people, present client quotations and oversee customer contracts.
· Coordinate site inspections and discuss site feasibility with potential clients.
· Manage plan reviews prior to construction.
· Active member of the Design team working towards continual company improvement
