We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help expand our bulk materials supply division and strengthen our presence across the civil, construction and landscaping sectors.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role combining office and field-based work, with a strong focus on new business development and client relationship management.
You will play a key role in increasing material volumes, building long-term partnerships, and positioning NGIL as a trusted supplier across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct regular client visits and site meetings
• Prepare and follow up quotations and tenders
• Liaise with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline
• Represent NGIL professionally in the field
About You
• Previous sales experience (construction/civil/quarry highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven
• Highly organised with strong follow-up
• Commercial awareness
• Current Driver's Licence
