Lead Pre-Delivery Operations
About the Role: This is a senior leadership position that oversees the complete vehicle preparation process for new, used and fleet vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient movement of stock between pre-delivery yard facilities and ensuring every vehicle is prepared, transported, and delivered to the highest possible standard.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage operations within a large and high-volume holding yard
* Oversight of all logistics between the holding yard, pre-delivery yard and dealership sites
* Ensure inspections, accessory fitments, detailing and final presentation meet manufacturer standards
* Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control across all sites
* Deliver an excellent internal customer experience for Sales, Service and Fleet teams
* Ensure compliance, documentation, warranty and safety requirements are met
