As Branch Manager, you willhave full responsibility for the branch's success, with a strong focus on business development, client relationshipsand revenue growth across the Downs region. You will be supported by an experienced operations team ofemployee painters and subcontractors to deliver on project outcomes .

About You
* Pr oven experience leading and managing small to medium‐sized teams
* Strong solution‐selling (not transactional) experience in a B2B environment, ideally with longer sales cycles
* Background in commercial construction, facilities maintenance or a trade‐based industry
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Sound financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, margins and performance targets
