This role can be based in either our Burleigh Heads or South Brisbane office.

Job Description:
As one of our SEO Tech's, you will play a crucial role in optimising our clients' online presence and helping them achieve higher search engine rankings.
You will work closely with our Head of SEO, Senior SEO Specialist and other members of the SEO team along with the broader digital marketing team to execute strategies that enhance organic search visibility and drive organic traffic to our clients' websites.
Responsibilities:
Whilst the below are all quite stock standard requirements for an SEO'er, we would be looking for someone who has capabilities and experience in all areas.
· Perform keyword research to identify valuable search terms and opportunities.
· Optimise on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content.
· Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues.
· Monitor and report on website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
· Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content.
· Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies.
· Assist in client communication and project management.
· Monitor and respond to changes in search engine algorithms and industry best practices to maintain and improve search visibility.
· Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Be capable and enjoy assisting/coaching your fellow team members where required
Key Skills:
Ø Minimum 2 years experience in SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimisation.
Ø Experience with all SEO tools.
Ø An understanding of AI and how it applies to SEO.
Ø Understanding of technical SEO and website auditing.
Ø Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Ø Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ø Knowledge of HTML, CSS and various CMS platforms including WordPress to effectively communicate technical SEO recommendations to our developers and implement solutions.
