Texas Peak Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at the Brooks Running store located in DFO, Perth (WA). In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our leading running brand Brooks.
What you'll be doing
* Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
* Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations to ensure their needs are met
* Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment
* Achieving individual and team sales targets
* Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
* Replenishing stock and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times
* Supporting the store manager with other duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
* A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
* Pro-active involvement in staff training sessions
* A passion for people and building connections
* Experience in fitness, footwear or movement preferred.
