Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter
Cooks & Kitchen Hands (Experience Required)
You will need:
Previous experience in a bistro, pub, or high-volume kitchen
Confidence working with Italian and bistro-style dishes
Strong prep skills and good knife handling
Ability to work clean, organised, and efficiently
Understanding of food safety standards
The ability to stay calm during busy service
Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
Availability for evenings, weekends & functions
Bonus if you have:
Food Safety Certificate
Experience with functions or catering
Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter (Entry Level Welcome)
No experience necessary – we will train the right person.
You will need:

This is a fast-paced environment, especially during weekend service and functions, so you must be comfortable working under pressure.
We are a 5 minute drive from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in Broadbeach and a short walk from public transportation.
