The Position
* Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals for school students and events.
* Lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
* Mentor and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, service-focused culture.
* Ensure full OH&S compliance, following safe work practices and food handling procedures.
* Manage stock levels and ordering to meet budget requirements.
* Support training and development of apprentices and junior chefs

The Person
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Experience as a Chef
* Skilled in bulk cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentation
* Excellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledge
* A team player who can also work independently
* Obtain a Blue Card (paid)
* Valid driver's license
