**About the role**:In this role you will assist with food delivery across the hospital, including patient meals, prep tasks (salads, sandwiches), maintaining food storage and ensuring hygiene standards. You will also handle basic kitchen duties like washing dishes (some of them heavy) and operating kitchen equipment.
**Hours**:You must be flexible and be willing to work any day of the week including weekends and public holidays (the kitchen is open 7 days per week). Shifts vary between the hours of 6am to 9.00 pm. You would be working 3-4 shifts per week, opportunity for more if you are available.
**About you**:
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred (e.g. Café, Aged Care Facility)
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Must have full working rights (no restrictions)
