As the Executive Legal Administrator, you will work closely with a high-performing legal team, providing executive support, workflow coordination, legal systems administration, and limited legal support. What You’ll Be Doing Providing high-level executive support to the General Counsel, including calendar, correspondence, and travel management Acting as a strategic partner by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and managing information flow Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items Managing legal technology and systems (including enhancements to LawVu) Monitoring legal expenditure, accounts, and external legal provider invoicing Maintaining legal registers, precedents, business name records, and key contract dates Supporting limited legal research, document production, and litigation preparation Assisting with training scheduling, legal education sessions, and compliance support
