We are looking for an aspiring successful leader with a love for all things that shine and sparkle to join our Goldmark Loganholme team. You will have the opportunity to support the Store Manager to manage a successful business and train your Team Members to become superstars in retail.
You will have:
A love for customer service and ability to contribute to the success of the store management and operations
Experience supervising and inspiring a high performing team to achieve strong results
A passion, love and interest for working with beautiful pieces of jewellery and watch brands
Strong selling background with a track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
You will be responsible for:
Influencing, inspiring and coaching Team Members alongside the Store Manager to become top performers
Leading by example and creating customer service experiences that are second to none
Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Supporting the Store Manager to implement marketing strategies in store
Assisting with completing administrative and operational requirements for your store
