**About the Role **
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying large bags of linen
- Restocking of clean linen
- Service and clean hotel rooms for check-in and outs
- Keeps things in best condition by directing work and suggesting the necessary replacement of equipment
- Drive productivity
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Check supplies, equipment and housekeeping trolleys ensuring that at all times they are fully stocked and neatly presented for use in a guest area
- Check constantly for room status discrepancies and reports to Housekeeping Department and Front Office immediately.
**About you**
**To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following**:
- Minimum 1 years working within a similar position within a 4-5 star hotel is advantageous
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to recognise reoccurring cleaning issues
- Professional manner and exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to think on your feet and quickly resolve issues
- The flexibility to work weekends.
