Key Responsibilities:
Casual concrete transport operatives play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products to customers, serving as the face of the organization. They operate concrete mixer trucks, interacting with various individuals daily, ensuring every day is different and routine-free.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be based at our Dalby plant under the supervision of the Plant Manager. Most days start between 4-6 am, with drivers working up to 8 hours daily and around 40 hours weekly. Saturday work is available, paid at overtime rates.
We provide cutting-edge technology for safe driving, route mapping, and load tracking. New starters undergo a 10-day training program before solo operation.
About You
To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid HR license, preferably with prior driving experience. Enjoy meeting people and having conversations on-site.
