About the Role
We're partnering with a leading organisation in the engineering solutions and equipment hire space to recruit a Technical Sales Representative. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you'll combine technical understanding with strong sales capability to deliver tailored solutions across construction and infrastructure projects.
You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to move beyond simple product supply, focusing instead on end-to-end solution selling, from concept through to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and growing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
* Partnering with sales teams and project stakeholders to deliver commercially effective solutions.
* Delivering presentations, capability overviews, and training to clients and industry partners.
* Providing solution-based sales, tailored to customer needs and project requirements.
* Managing your sales pipeline, quotes, and CRM activity.
* Supporting projects from initial concept through to completion.
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales experience in a technical or industrial environment.
* Background in industries such as: Construction, Mechanical or technical sales, Equipment hire or engineering-related sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities.
* Solid technical understanding (engineering principles or construction knowledge).
* A personable, relationship-driven approach.
* Confidence delivering presentations and engaging with clients.
This role suits a sales professional with technical exposure. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Nice to Have
* Experience with ground shoring / propping, pumping solutions, water treatment.
* Exposure to major construction or infrastructure projects.
