About the Role
We are seeking an organised and systems-minded individual to oversee the coordination and optimisation of our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of multiple school platforms.
* Work alongside vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital tools.
* Create user guides, SOPs, and training resources tailored to staff and family needs.
* Identify system inefficiencies and lead improvements in workflow and user experience.
* Provide data insights and operational reporting to inform school planning.
* Deliver onboarding and ongoing support to admin and teaching teams.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience managing and supporting digital systems or platforms in an educational setting.
* Genuine interest in improving school operations through efficient systems and processes.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical users.
* Excellent organisation, reliability, and attention to detail.
* A valid Working with Children Check.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
* A willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
