About the Role
This position is responsible for assisting with hospital supply management, focusing on operating theatres with involvement in wards and other areas within the hospital. The role includes handling supply & imprest queries as well as general duties in our logistics area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide replenishment services for hospital imprest areas ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Liaise with staff to create a supportive environment promoting a positive team culture.
3. Maintain high-quality customer service standards while ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
4. Support safety, quality improvement, and accreditation efforts by participating in meetings, audits, and quality activities.
5. Ensure compliance with the National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards.
Requirements
* Experience with a computerized purchasing system (e.g., Technology One).
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Proven time management and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
