We're looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients and residents.
Position Overview: As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional customer service to our residents. Your role will involve everything from managing staff and coordinating maintenance to handling tenant relations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Previous experience & qualifications are preferred but not essential.
· Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
· Property Oversight: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet all safety and quality standards.
· Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants. Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
· Leasing: Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacancies, conducting property tours, processing applications, and executing leases.
· Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
· Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, handle rent collection, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
· Team Leadership: Supervise and train property staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
