Job Description
The City of Canterbury Bankstown is a diverse municipality in NSW with over 380,000 residents. Our ICT Customer Experience team provides technical and functional support for Council's corporate applications.
As an experienced ICT Applications Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Triage and resolving application issues to prevent outages and minimize business disruption.
* Managing user access and permissions across corporate systems.
* Providing support for incidents, problems, and changes using ICT service management tools.
* Monitoring application performance and reporting on system health.
* Documenting issues and solutions, and contributing to knowledge sharing.
* Collaborating with subject matter experts and supporting continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related field.
* ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
* Extensive experience in supporting major enterprise systems such as ERP, GIS, EDRMS, or CRM.
You should possess a strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, Citrix, cloud platforms, and service management tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
