Toll People are recruiting for a Forklift Driver/Yardman position for our client in East Arm.
Fulltime Casual (with a view to permanent), Monday-Friday 8hrs a day (8am to 4pm) with overtime available. Experience with forklift up to 16t highly desirable.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
Loading and unloading of trailers and containers with a forklift
Manual handling will be required
Following safe operating procedures and complying with company policy.
To be considered for this role applicants must:
Have a Forklift Licence with at least 2 years' experience and be confident in using a 16 Forklift
Be able to demonstrate previous experience loading/unloading trailer trucks
Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 20kgs
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of a team environment
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have a commitment to safe work practices and
Dangerous goods experience with exposure to Safety and OH&S requirements would be an advantage.
