Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to source two skilled ICT Contracts Administrators.
Our client manages a complex portfolio of ICT contracts - including critical international telecommunications agreements that underpin the operations of Australian Government posts worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the effective governance and administration of contracts that are essential to national capability and government service delivery.
In this role, you will work as part of a dedicated contracts and procurement team to deliver high-quality contract management and administrative support services. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with Commonwealth procurement frameworks, supporting contract managers, and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of ICT contracts across a large and complex government department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support day-to-day contract management activities in accordance with the PGPA Act, Commonwealth Procurement Rules and relevant departmental policy frameworks.
* Provide administrative support including electronic records management, register maintenance, invoice tracking, mailbox management and meeting minutes.
* Assist with drafting procurement and contract documentation such as tenders, panels, contracts and statutory reporting requirements.
* Collate contract management data and prepare straightforward analysis and reports as requested.
* Manage correspondence and scheduling activities to support effective contract administration.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Experience and Skills:
* Demonstrated experience in contract management support and administration within Australian Government environments.
* Good working knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and government procurement policy frameworks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage registers, track data and produce reports.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
* Certificate IV in Contract Management and Procurement (or equivalent) highly regarded.
Security Requirements:
Applicants must hold an active Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance (or higher) to be considered.
