As a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician, you will be working on-site with customers who require vehicle service in their homes or workplaces.
Job Summary:
This role involves providing high-quality mobile vehicle services to customers who are unable to bring their vehicles to our workshop. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct fault diagnosis, service inspection, and repairs of light vehicles
* Deliver quality customer service, offer advice, and present vehicle care solutions
* Provide detailed records of vehicle information, parts used, services performed, invoicing, and part returns
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in Light Vehicle Automotive Technician, experience in mechanical servicing, repairs, and diagnostics, and hold a C class manual driving license.
