 
        
        Speech Therapist Role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team, providing speech pathology services in an engaging environment with a team of Educators and Allied Health professionals working innovatively and together with children and families. This is an exciting opportunity to work among a team of clinicians who are passionate about early childhood and the positive influence therapy can have in these pivotal early years.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide 1:1 therapy for children with developmental disabilities in clinic, home visits and preschools, under Medicare and NDIS plans. They will support families to understand their child’s diagnosis and empower them to aid in their child’s development. The Speech Therapist will also provide speech therapy services to children with speech and language needs at our Early Education Services.
Key Responsibilities
 * Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to children with developmental disabilities.
 * Support families through education and empowerment.
 * Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive and effective services for all children.
Requirements
 * Relevant tertiary qualifications in speech pathology and clinical experience working with young children.
 * Registration with SPA.
 * Demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills in working with children with neuro-developmental disabilities.
 * Demonstrated capacity for multi-disciplinary teamwork and capacity to contribute to team learning and development.
 * Current NSW Working with Children Check and Driver License.
