JOB DESCRIPTION At PwC Australia, you will play a crucial role in supporting PwC Australia's legal hold and document preservation process.
You will be a core member of the Legal Hold Team within the Office of General Counsel and Secretariat (OGC S), working closely with senior lawyers within OGC S and their stakeholders.

What you'll do: Management of legal holds : Coordinate the placement, ongoing management and release of legal holds in collaboration with senior lawyers in response to litigation and regulatory notices.
Factual research : Support senior lawyers within the OGC S team to scope litigation and regulatory document preservation exercises by conducting detailed research into the subject matter of the anticipated, pending or active litigation and regulatory matters.
File and Matter Management: Maintain and organise PwC Australia's records of its legal holds and trackers systematically, ensuring that the records are current and accurate.
Assist in collection of relevant documents: Assist in identifying and collecting firm records responsive to litigation and regulatory matters, including time sheets, invoices and engagement letters.
Stakeholder management: Coordinate document preservation and collection exercises with the OGC S team's stakeholders, including PwC Forensics and the Chief Data Office.
Support data transformation projects : Contribute to PwC Australia's data transformation initiatives by assisting with data hygiene tasks and conducting retention reviews.
Project Management and Administration: Coordinate and organise project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and documenting key actions and outcomes.
