Event Operations Assistant
The role involves assisting in the setup and management of various event venues for a range of events, including festivals, concerts, family fun days, and trade shows.
Responsibilities may include:
* Managing event layouts and logistics
* Coordinating with event staff and vendors
* Providing excellent customer service to attendees
* Assisting with event cleanup and maintenance
Additionally, the Event Operations Assistant may be required to:
* Set up stage, lighting, and sound equipment
* Manage merchandise stands and kiosks
* Usher guests and assist with ticket checking

To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A School Certificate or equivalent qualification
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field (not essential)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
