Administrative Role in Legal Services
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of a busy legal team.
This includes:
* Document management and filing
* Drafting and finalizing court documents, client letters, and audit responses
* Managing billing processes, including preparing invoices and handling queries
* Coordinating key deadlines and court timelines
The ideal candidate will have:
* 4+ years' experience as a legal administrative assistant or in a similar role
* Familiarity with legal billing processes and systems
* Proficiency in MS Office suite and legal software applications
* Knowledge of NSW, VIC, and QLD Courts preferable
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
