About the team
Government Shared Services (GSS) is a new division in DCS that is leading the way in streamlining processes and transactional shared services to allow our people to better focus on their customers and delivering their services.
We are developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and deliver a consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW Government Departments.
The role will work with the Access and Control Manager to deliver the initiatives and deliverables in relation to Security with extensive SAP security, identity management, and role definition experience, particularly from an ERP integration perspective within a range of prior significant ERP implementations, will provide independent, analytical, and strategic input to the system user access control, leadership, and advice within the MyWorkZone.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing security architecture, design, development, and implementation activities, ensuring functional security requirements and designs are adequately fulfilled, and certifying that standards and strategies conform to MyWorkZone Security Architecture.
* Provide subject matter expertise across the Cluster for security, acting as a 'go to' person for all security-related questions. Provide innovation in effectively utilising standard design principles and services to optimise outcomes and reduce risks in security.
* Develops, monitors and maintains application security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures that align with the corporate strategic plan. Supports the projects during implementation, manages the transition, and supports post-go-lives.
* Evaluate the design for the security objects and provide solutions that align with SAP Security Best Practices and audit compliance when required.
* Participate in regular team meetings to ensure deliverables are on track and any risks and impacts identified activities related to the Project.

About You:
* Proven experience in a complex, integrated, multi-business unit heterogeneous environment. Experience aligning the SAP landscape and technical solution options with functional requirements.
* Demonstrated Substantial experience in scoping, documenting & executing data and system access authorisation concepts across a heterogeneous system landscape.
* Experience integrating Cloud applications into security frameworks like IAS, IPS, IAG, SAC, DataSphare.
* Experience during at least three significant ERP projects with a similar functional focus and organizational width.
* Working knowledge of user modelling, authorisation, screen modelling, and documentation tools, with ARIS and Floor Plan Manager highly regarded.
* Experience with SAP GRC & IDM systems, mobile, tablet, and PC-based user access and security.
* Define an access governance approach for the landscape. Define governance, risk, and control mechanisms covering all business processes. Ensure audit and compliance requirements are supported
