OverviewProcare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team as we continue to expand.
We are seeking Investigators ideally experienced in Workers Compensation investigations to come on board.
The role is busy but rewarding and offers variety and autonomy over your day.ResponsibilitiesAssist investigators with field enquiries and case administrationSkip traces and witness location supportPrepare and draft factual reportsAttend various locations within Darwin and across the Northern Territory to interview key parties, take statements, and collate evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely mannerSupport the operational needs within our Surveillance and Desktop Intelligence teamAbout You / QualificationsHold a Certificate III in InvestigationsHave a current and valid Investigators Licence (or in process of obtaining)Have a current and valid driver's license and vehicleIdeally have experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP claimsHave excellent written and verbal skillsAre self-motivated and able to work within strict time framesIf a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurancesWhat We OfferExcellent remuneration ratesFlexible arrangements – work from home or one of our conveniently located officesA comprehensive induction and thorough training in our online case management systemThorough training and ongoing support from our dedicated investigations support teamConsistent workflowAdditional employee advantages for casual or permanent staffAbout UsThe Procare Group is an ever-growing national business of over 25 years.
