This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively within a centralised Centre of Expertise function, where you will conduct a range of activities including:Providing high-level advice and support to managers and employees in managing WHS risks, and liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to foster consultation in risk-mitigating activities and support the organisation's strategic agenda on health, safety, and wellbeing.Supporting managers, workers, and consultative groups to enhance their awareness of WHS & IM information and promote compliance with legislative obligations.Developing and fostering internal and external business relationships to manage WHS & IM information, risks, and processes to elicit positive outcomes and enhance the organisation's safety management system.Providing expertise in the review of WHS & IM information, procedures, and practices to enhance the efficacy of systems.Coordinating the exchange of information relevant to legislative updates and innovations within the industry to foster the adaptability of the organisation's Safety Management System.Facilitating strategies to proactively monitor health and safety risks, and to identify, review, and plan WHS improvement strategies and training needs.Assisting the Occupational Health and Recover at Work team in the implementation of preventative strategies.Your day-to-day:In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, providing expert advice on WHS matters while coordinating risk management activities.
