About the role Contribute to the design and delivery of annual enterprise-wide employee communication and channel strategy Develop and deliver content and channel management plans for employee experience departments. Design, develop and deliver communication plans that support change programs of work. Contribute to the design and implementation of employee experience communications resources and deliver education workshops to leaders across the RBA. Maintain close working relationships across Communications Department to ensure employee communications program (content and delivery) align with the wider department delivery roadmap to support broader RBA-wide activities. Improve and simplify access to information for all RBA employees. Identify opportunities to drive employee engagement through storytelling about our open and dynamic culture. Maintain internal communication tools, platforms and resources and lead maintenance of SOPs. Organise and deliver internal staff events.
