Capability to support end‑to‑end psychosocial risk processes, including assessments, preparing reports, mapping out control measures, and supporting implementation strategies.
An unrelenting passion for creating better work environments and supporting people in their psychological wellbeing.
Confidence and credibility when presenting and communicating workplace strategies, solutions, and mental health topics to individuals, leaders, and teams.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex psychosocial risk data into practical, evidence‑based recommendations.
