Specialist in Emergency Medicine – Temporary Position (Coastal NSW)
Location: Coastal NSW hospital (exact location not specified).
This temporary role will cover shifts from 04/06/2026 14:00 to 08/06/2026 00:00 and from 12/06/2026 14:00 to 19/06/2026 00:00 at AUD 2,750 per day.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a 15-bed emergency department consisting of 2 resuscitation bays, 6 monitored bays, 1 isolation room, 3 single rooms, and 1 procedure, 1 plaster and 1 eye/consult single room.
* Provide in‐charge supervision for every shift (as a FACEM rostered Monday to Friday) with approximately 11 staff rostered throughout the day and adequate cross‐over for handover between shifts.
* Manage an average of 85 presentations per day.
Requirements
* Specialist in Emergency Medicine with FACEM accreditation.
* Must be registered with AHPRA and have the right to work in Australia.
* Ability to work the specified temporary shifts.
* Experience in emergency medicine with similar departmental staffing.
