About The Opportunity
We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our team in Sydney. This is a hands‐on role where you'll work closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors and site crews to support the safe, efficient, and high‐quality delivery of infrastructure projects.
As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key part in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day‐to‐day site activities – making sure that program, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a contractor delivering diverse and technically challenging projects across Sydney.
What You'll Bring To The Team
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Previous experience in civil infrastructure (roads, rail, drainage, utilities, or structures)
* Strong organisational skills to coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site resources
* A proactive, safety‐first mindset with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants and clients
* Working knowledge of construction programs, QA processes and reporting tools
