Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing forecasts, financial reports, and validating expenditures against budgets.
* Support contract reconciliation with the Site Engineer.
* Maintain asset and equipment databases.
* Coordinate timely stock orders to meet construction schedules.
* Monitor and reconcile material quantities; ensure records are current.
* Help prepare Practical Completion documents and upload to SharePoint.
* Create, manage, and distribute work tickets.
* Assist in developing and tracking construction schedules; escalate delays.
* Use systems to monitor construction progress against BoQ and field records.
* Identify variations and prepare client notifications with Engineers.
* Monitor quality, report non-conformances, and support defect closeout.
About You:
* 2–3 years of experience in project accounting and/or administration
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
* Self-motivated with a high level of personal drive
* Previous experience in finance administration is highly regarded
* Experience working in a project-based environment is desirable
* Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
