About the Role
As part of a collaborative team of Educators, you will assist with the daily operation of the service and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading engaging, child-centered programs filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts – whatever sparks the children's curiosity
* Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the broader community.
* Collaborating with a skilled team of Educators on-site.
Who We're Looking For
While we're happy to provide training and guidance in the role and sector, here are a few qualities we're looking for:
* A genuine love for working with children
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.
* Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover) and a state working-with-children check.
* Must have valid Australian work rights.
* A relevant Diploma-level qualification in children's services, or be in the process of completing one (per ACECQA guidelines).
